Once the username and password is authenticated the user is directed to a real-time, full desktop. Multiple  users are able to log in at the same time. Hosting ACT! over Citrix provides the best way to access your ACT! database remotely.

ACT! Premium for Web

Users are able to access the database located on the server in real time and no software installation is necessary. A high speed  Internet connection is required.

• Quick set -up process.
• Multiple users are able to access the database simultaneously from any PC.
• Best for light ACT Users - little or no reporting or marketing functions
  
   

ACT! Premium Synchronization

ACT! is installed on the user's  PC with a remote  database, the user will need to sync to the master database via the internet

• Ability to work offline
• Best for users who do have continuous consistent internet connection
• Allows for the use of 3rd party software such as Swiftpage
