We are implementing a new OPT IN notification system for Server Status and Maintenance notifications for Tandem Servers.
If we have your mobile number in our database, you will receive a TEST MESSAGE FROM (Server Alert) Tandem Cloud
If you want us to sign you up. Please reply with your mobile and we will set you up for SMS Text to your mobile phone.

How we Schedule Server Maintenance:
We try to schedule server maintenance after hours or on weekends where possible. When Maintenance is scheduled, we publish Server Maintenance Notices at helpdesk.acttrainer.com. We will also send SMS Text and email notifications to those who have requested these. On Rare Occasions when emergency maintenance is needed during business hours, we will send an SMS Text and update http://helpdesk.acttrainer.com
